As an experienced recruitment consultant, you will act as a bridge between clients (employers) and job seekers, managing the full recruitment cycle to fill permanent vacancies. You are responsible for business development, sourcing candidates, managing the interview process, negotiating offers, and achieving sales targets while building lasting relationships within your specialised industry.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Generating new business by calling current and new clients, attending relevant events, and meeting with potential clients to win new vacancies.
HOLIDAY: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. After two years this increases by 1 day (max of 25 days)
HOURS OF WORK: The office is open Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:00, however you must be prepared to be flexible if candidates need out of hours interviews to ensure you secure a placement.
