You can apply for one of our roles through the website. See our New Graduate vacancies page or our Experienced Graduate page for current opportunities in the correct sector for you.
If you can’t see exactly what you want, why not send a word formatted copy of your CV to candidate@thegraduaterecruitment.co.uk.
A member of our team will then be in touch with you within 5 working days to discuss how we can assist you.
Or why not send us your cv through LinkedIn.
Please note you are not officially registered with The Graduate until you have had a face to face appointment with a consultant. We like to offer appointments to candidates when we feel we have an opportunity that matches the education and skill set on your CV.
Your registration interview will last for approximately 45 minutes. You will need to bring a copy of your degree/masters certificate and A level certificates along with a photographic ID that proves your right to work in the UK. We are unable to put you forward for any opportunities until we have proof of ID and proof that you are a graduate. We can meet Graduates face to face at our premises, but we also offer Skype appointments and out of hours appointments for candidates who are struggling to arrange the time off work.
We offer Skype interviews for Graduates who cannot meet us face-to-face in the office, the consultant will interview over the Skype software, with the video cam on so that we can check your ID. We will also need a copy of your ID and certificates scanned in and sent back to us with the application form if you’re taking part in a Skype appointment.
If you are due to graduate and have no certificate to prove you are a graduate we will contact your university and ask them to confirm you did attend and you have achieved. We will not be able to put you forward for a graduate role until this proof has been attained.
We do not expect graduates to wear a suit/business wear to the registration interview. However, it is advisable to be smartly presented, as first impressions DO count.
We do not normally test Graduates on numeracy or IT as part of the interview, however, we do ask all Graduates to complete an application form due to data protection and as part of this, we are checking for attention to detail, grammar and the ability to work to a deadline. It then needs to be sent back to us when requested. This form provides us with the information needed to go ahead with the appointment, most of the information can be copied and pasted from your CV. Many of our clients also carry out on-site tests as part of their process and Graduates will be advised prior to their interviews.
Please contact us if your details need updating, otherwise, we will be in touch when a graduate opportunity becomes available for you. We are always here to support all of our candidates, and everyone likes to be communicated with in different ways ie text, email, telephone, skype Please tell us what you prefer and we will work with you to ensure you are updated via your chosen method.
If you cannot access our application form via the email sent to you, you can download and fill it out here.
