You will start in a support function within the sales team, a fast-paced department that makes a real difference to the business and customers they work with. This role will then develop into consultancy within the sales arena, where you will have your own client base. This role will then involve office-based activity (remote) as well as client visits.
This graduate entry-level position offers a strong foundation in sales operations, systems, and service knowledge, with a clear progression pathway.

INDUCTION:
On the first day you start with the business you will visit the offices to meet the team and get to understand the training you will be involved. Most training will then take place remotely as you start to understand your key tasks.
HOURS OF WORK: Remote Monday – Friday 9.00 – 17.00 1-hour lunch (35-hour week)
Working from home with a visit to the offices once a month for team meetings.
HOLIDAY: 25 days annual leave plus UK public holidays.
Your entitlement increases by one day each year after five full years’ service, up to a maximum of 30 days.
INTERVIEWS:
First stage: Telephone call with HR.
Second stage: Normally a panel interview with 3 members of staff – HR. Head of Sales. Sales Support.
