Roles & Responsibilities

As our Project Coordinator, you will be the central point for managing multiple repair projects. Your focus will be on planning, organising, and coordinating all moving parts  from operatives and contractors to materials and safety documentation. Ensuring each job is completed smoothly and successfully whilst keeping the customer updated on all aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate multiple repair projects simultaneously
  • Liaise with in-house operatives and external contractors to schedule works and resolve queries
  • Source and arrange delivery of necessary materials in line with project timelines
  • Validate project costs and ensure budgets are adhered to
  • Act as a key point of contact for both clients and customers, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
  • Answer technical questions and support on-site teams with practical solutions
  • Compile and manage health and safety documentation, ensuring full compliance with regulations
  • Monitor progress and proactively address any issues or delays

Skills Required

  • Degree – construction management
  • Experience within an office environment dealing with people on the phone
  • Proven relevant experience in a construction environment
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and documentation
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

HOURS OF WORK: 8:45-5:00pm Monday to Friday with 45 min Lunch

STARTING SALARY: Circa £30,000

HOLIDAY: 25 days plus bank holidays, an extra 16 hours of time off in lieu taken at no more than two-hour slots which equates to the total of 27 days plus bank holidays.  An additional day is also given for your Birthday if it falls on a weekday.
