Previous experience within Client management, Customer Service, Transport or Distribution is preferred.

Training/induction

Starting on intensive training you will spend time to understand the operation and shadow key members of the team.

Initial duties will involve:

  • As part of a dynamic team you will be responsible for chasing other depots for later runners
  • Communicating internally and externally to update on client accounts
  • Provide KPI reporting and managing proof of Delivery
  • Monitoring night performance through transport management software and analysing information
  • Paperwork handling
  • Dealing with queries via email and over the telephone
  • Any other relevant duties

  • Pension: After 12 months you can join the Company contributory pension scheme (Employee contributes 6% and Company contributes 6%)

HOURS OF WORK:Please note when you first start you will work Monday to Friday during training). This will then move to 4 on 4 off 12 hour shifts 6am-6pm or 7am-7pm (1 hour lunch).

HOLIDAY: 25 days per annum, after 3 years entitlement increases by 3 days
