About Our Client

Our client is a rapidly expanding independent manufacturer. Their aim is to provide high quality products with a service level to match. Their manufacturing plant has ‘state-of-the-art’ Rotational Moulding systems installed where they can produce a wide range of mouldings from polyethylene material. Our client’s proprietary products are widely used in many industry sectors which include Food, Pharmaceutical, Engineering, Electronics, Laundries, and Textiles and they can supply many of their products in a choice of colours to assist with colour coding and product segregation. To complement their standard range, they also stock and distribute a wide range of complimentary products manufactured by major European Industrial Groups. With over 25 years’ experience they can also offer custom moulding facilities where clients’ specific individual requirements can be manufactured from a purpose designed mould subject to minimum quantities

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a professional candidate that is driven, self-motivated, and has a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. Previous experience working in a client focused role that involves elements of account management, sales/commercial activity is ideal. This role is ideal for a candidate with transferrable skills, looking to develop knowledge of our business and grow a career progressing and being a valued member of our team. Our business has grown year on year (despite this climate) and we are proud of the direction and what we are achieving, we welcome the opportunity for someone new to join us and be part of this success.

We are looking for a proactive and driven Executive to support our growth by engaging with prospective and existing customers via sales and email campaigns, while also contributing to our digital marketing efforts.

This is a varied role combining sales outreach, relationship building, and content-driven marketing, ideal for someone who enjoys both communication and creativity.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Business Development

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products/services and generate leads
  • Follow up on inbound enquiries and marketing campaigns
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems

Email Communication

  • Create and send personalised outreach emails to prospects
  • Manage follow-up email sequences to nurture leads
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries
  • Support email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotions
  • Track and report on email performance (open rates, click rates, conversions)

Digital Marketing Support

  • Write and publish blog content to support marketing campaigns and SEO objectives
  • Assist with keyword research and basic SEO optimisation (meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, etc.)
  • Update website content as required
  • Support social media content creation and scheduling (if needed)
  • Monitor and report on website and content performance

Skills Required

Essential

  • Strong communication skills (both phone and written)
  • Confidence in speaking with customers and prospects
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
  • Previous experience in a relevant role

Desirable

  • Previous sales, business development or telemarketing experience
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Shopify)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing
  • Experience writing blog or website content

Training: Full training will be provided to complete the job. There is an element of ‘on the job’ training within the role but regular appraisals and performance reviews will be carried out.

HOURS OF WORK: 8.30 – 5.00pm Monday – Friday, 30 minutes for lunch

HOLIDAY: 28 days holiday including bank holidays
