Within the Claim Handling department, you will deal with a variety of clients regarding their cases, ensuring you receive the full information and provide advice and information to your clients on the process involved. These cases require you to pull together detailed information to ensure full facts are gathered for you to act on.
You will be responsible for processing the information on the internal systems and analysing the information provided. The role will involve speaking and negotiating with clients in order to agree a swift settlement.

Within the Building Solution department, you will be ensuring you have the full facts on each project/repair that needs completing prior to communicating externally, Communicating via telephone and e mail with contractors, their own trades and clients to arrange for the reinstatement of walls, buildings or whatever a vehicle has impacted, Confirming details in writing before proceeding, Managing the repairs from start to completion and dealing with any issues, Ensuring you keep the internal system up to date and communicate any issues internally
