Our client is seeking a well-organised and self-motivated graduate who aspires to be the best they can be developing with the business and building an exciting and challenging long term career. with a passion for transport planning and an interest to work within the recycling industry.
Starting in a training role this position will eventually be responsible for planning and managing a designated region of their own commercial vehicle fleet, and working towards carefully defined transport budgets and targets.
Working in the office, the successful candidate will be part of a close team.
Following a range of training the key duties will include the following:
TRAINING:
Comprehensive development plan, offering internal and external training, mentoring, shadowing and progression.
Support to study CPC.
HOLIDAYS: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
INTERVIEW PROCESS: 2 stage interviews – all face to face
