Roles & Responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive you will be responsible for bringing in new and repeat business to Robertson Bell. Duties will include the following:

  • Contacting new businesses regarding future recruitment plans
  • Building relationships with existing clients in order to bring in jobs within teams
  • Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities in key clients
  • Selling companies service in an approachable and professional manner
  • Booking in client meetings with Consultants
  • Attending client meetings to effectively understand the need of the client
  • Establishing leads from a variety of methods and effectively chase these to gain business
  • Follow up previous contact and track the process of recruitment processes

Skills Required
