Roles & Responsibilities

Excellent opportunities for motivated and ambitious graduates to join a well-established company on their Graduate Training Scheme. Due to continued success and growth of the business our client is currently looking for five talented graduates to follow their graduate training programme that covers all aspects of business from modern printing techniques & design through to sales, marketing & commercial business allowing successful candidates to gain a wide breadth of company knowledge.

The training programme will involve both practical and commercial aspects in all areas of the business.

Progress will be monitored by continual assessment culminating in an end of course evaluation.

Skills Required

  • Educated to degree level 2:1 classification is required for all roles
  • Candidates looking to go into Graphic Design or Application Specialist will need to have a relevant degree.
  • Candidates looking to be a Sales Executive or Stock Holding & Inventory coordinator will need to have degrees in Business/Management related fields,
  • Be computer literate and experienced in using MS Office & Outlook,
  • Ability to build and influence effective relationships with a variety of people,
  • Able to express ideas and impart key messages clearly, confidently and effectively through both written and oral communications to a variety of audiences,
  • Learn new skills and information quickly and confidently,
  • Be able to adapt to working in a variety of teams, prioritise tasks and manage time effectively, devise innovative solutions to complex strategic problems,
  • Gave good attention to detail with a commitment to high quality and accuracy,
  • Be able to work with minimal supervision,
  • Full driving license and a strong desire and enthusiasm for working in this industry.

Benefits

  • HOURS OF WORK: 8.45am – 5.30pm Monday -Friday
  •  SALARY: 20-24K
  •  HOLIDAY: 26 days plus bank holidays
