Roles & Responsibilities

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant who is highly motivated, to join their team. The successful candidate will help support their continued growth/expansion and the role comes with a highly competitive package and generous bonus scheme.  A key requirement will be the ability to open up new client brands and fee earning opportunities

  • Learn how to build a trusted network of both passive and active candidates within the Payments space.
  • Aspire to become a market expert in our specialist space. Taking a genuine interest in Payments and staying ahead of change.
  • Through the conversations you hold you will gain market intelligence such as trends, acquisitions and create business development leads.
  • Learn all aspects of candidate management in line with search mandates which includes; conducting candidate interviews, preparing candidate profile documents and managing regular contact with the passive candidate network.
  • Writing detailed summary notes and detailed briefings on client and candidate meetings.
  • Assisting candidates prepare for all interviews.
  • Learn how to maximise industry networking events
  • Taking briefings from consultants to fully understand the criteria of requirements.
  • Qualifying candidates through conducting phone screens to establish essential information about their experience and situation

  • Degree educated
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office, web research and database management
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Interested in the Cards & Payments industry. With the drive and motivation to gain an in-depth knowledge
  • Be eligible to work in the UK
