Whilst the client indicators have had a few upgrades and amendments over the years, the essence of the software remains the same as when it was first developed. The major changes that have occurred over the intervening years are with support and training. Their customers now benefit from their experience in trading the financial markets and learn first-hand with their Complete Trading Package including live and interactive workshops, educational webinars, seminars and other support tools.

Roles & Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity for someone looking for a career in sales or someone who has sales experience and wants a new lucrative opportunity. We are looking for a Lead Generator/ Telesales Specialist to work within our small and friendly team.

You will be making the initial contact with individuals who have previously expressed an interest in the products and services. This is a fact-finding role, where you will book interested parties to our online events. This is not a large call centre; we are a small independent business. Applicants should not be afraid to pick up the phone and use skills to overcome objections in a professional and courteous manner. Experience in an outbound calling role is preferred but if you have the right attitude, personality, and character we would be happy to hear from you. Manage own leads, Generous salary and monthly commission.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Starting in the role of Telesales Executive, following training on the company, industry, and product software, you will carry out the following duties:

  • Support senior sales staff with the aim of selling trading courses
  • Keep up to date with any changes to products offered by client
  • Contacting new registrations and cultivating interest in own products
  • Contact & provide information to prospective clients
  • Follow up on information provided
  • Hit targets/KPI’s approved by the Directors
  • Uncapped commission structure

Skills Required

  • Degree Educated, ideally relevant course.
  • Sales experience (ideally B2C or B2B but not essential)
  • Good understanding of technology
  • Ability to learn and think on your feet
  • Ambitious
  • Self-motivated
  • Good telephone manner and presentation skills
  • Keen to develop and gain further commercial education
  • Familiarity with investment businesses – beneficial not essential
  • Full driving license is beneficial but not essential

  • HOURS OF WORK: 9am – 6pm 1 hour lunch Standard training duration is 2 weeks and afterwards ongoing support. Currently the sales department is working 2 days in the office and 3 days from home however this could change, depending on business’ needs or if another lockdown was to happen
