Due to continued success and growth of the business our client is currently looking to recruit graduates to follow their 12-month training programme that covers all aspects of business from modern printing techniques & design through to sales, marketing & commercial business allowing successful candidates to gain a wide breadth of company knowledge

Graduate Sales Executive TGR 2081C

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can take direction and work in a team. They must have a key eye for detail, an ability to multi task and work under pressure. Good communication skills are essential. Key task involved in this role include estimating, the booking in and overseeing of print jobs and customer liaison. Candidates with a business management or sales & marketing related degree will be considered.

The training programme will involve both practical and commercial aspects in all areas of the business.

Graduate trainees will also be required to help secure new business, by preparing tender documents for Public Sector opportunities.

Progress will be monitored by continual assessment culminating in an end of course evaluation.

Skills Required

  • Educated to degree level 2:1 classification will need to have a relevant degree.
  • Computer literate and experienced in using MS Office & Outlook
  • Self motivation to seek out new opportunities for personal and organisational development
  • The ability to build and influence effective relationships with a variety of people and create enthusiasm and commitment to a shared vision
  • The ability to express ideas and impart key messages clearly, confidently and effectively through both written and oral communications to a variety of audiences
  • The ability to learn new skills and information quickly and confidently, to be able to adapt to working in a variety of teams
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively

HOURS OF WORK: 8.45am – 5.30pm Monday -Friday

HOLIDAY: 26 days plus bank holidays
