Roles & Responsibilities
Working 1:1 with project managers to facilitate the delivery of the company’s innovation management service through all phases of a project lifecycle.
Effective coordination and accurate record keeping of project trackers, documents and reports.
Arranging and facilitating project meetings and workshop.
Collating, checking and distributing project reports in readiness for review meetings.
Attending and minuting action plans to ensure all project actions are followed-up.
Creating and maintaining action plans to ensure all project actions are followed- up
Supporting clients in administering financial monitoring and quarterly claims.
Proactively managing schedules, trackers and deadlines to ensure projects are in control and PMs can make informed decisions relating to the project
Project management qualification (g. AGILE, Prince2, etc.) – desirable
High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Tool, in particular XLS, PPT, Outlook.
Proven team working skills

Strong communication skills- verbal and written
Proven administrative/support experience – part time, internship, placement
