About Our Client

NATURE OF BUSINESS: Provide building repairs and catastrophic disaster management. They use a network of specialist contractors to provide repairs to varying claims as well as handling insurance claims relating to property damage.

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client currently has a new opportunity within the operations division of the firm:

This role will be fulfilling basic MI functionalities such as:

  • Pulling performance data, or data off excels, compiling data for client payments,
  • Generating and issuing client invoices
  • Administration of the Quality Management System
  • Support anything relating to the company’s ISO accreditation
  • Uploading invoices to the company accounts system
  • Completing and preparing documents to fulfill GPDR/DP requirements such as subject access requests and data logs.
  • Communicating internally
  • The role will also assist with completing client due diligence and maintaining the company accreditations.
  • It’s likely the role will also go on to conduct audits.

Skills Required

  • Educated to The Graduate level
  • Proven administration experience
  • An eye for detail and consistent
  • Self-motivated, and organised.
  • Looking for a career, further training & progression
  • Ability to communicate effectively on all levels
  • IT literate and able to pick up new systems
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as add real value to the team
