Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a Graduate to make a genuine contribution to the growth of the organisation.

The successful Graduate will be expected to support a broad range of marketing activity targeting a variety of audiences. Attention to detail, professionalism, responsiveness, the ability to handle multiple projects and remain calm under pressure is essential in the role.

  • Delivering quality services and producing great outcomes
  • Managing/analysing email campaigns
  • Writing a new text for a new campaign to make emails more efficient
  • Updating websites & social media profiles
  • Involvement in the planning, delivery and evaluation of integrated campaigns
  • To work with the Head of Marketing in developing leads and opportunities
  • Promoting the business and its work using a broad range of channels
  • To support in the development of a customer base leading to sales
  • CRM and data management, paying particular attention to accuracy and consistency of the data in accordance with GDPR.
  • Collaborating on activities across projects with colleagues as well as external partners.
  • Creating and maintaining content on websites, as well as utilising social media.
  • Representing the business at internal and external events.
  • Supporting with general administrative duties


Skills Required


  • Holds a Marketing or IT related degree
  • Experience managing customer relationships
  • Experience using a variety of software and on-line tools and systems
  • Good understanding of digital marketing
  • Good understanding of the basics in Google and Facebook advertising
  • Experience of writing copy and materials for publication or customer use.
  • High level of written communication skills
  • Organised and practical
  • Ability to work flexibly and proactively
  • A self-starter


  • Experience establishing and building positive relationships
  • Experience working in digital media and analysing data
  • Experience of developing digital solutions
  • Familiarity with a range of digital communications

Experience of Adobe packages including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
