Roles & Responsibilities

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career with a market leader? Due to continued success our client is looking for a Graduate to join the Northampton team in a permanent role to help with ambitious plans within their Distribution Network

Previous experience within Transport or Distribution is preferred, however not essential as full training is provided.

Generally graduates start in Operator roles with heavy emphasis on progression.

Initial duties will involve:

Planning/routing
Driver debrief – excellent communication required
Tachograph analysis
Resource allocation
Communication
Damaged goods procedures
Knowledge of legislation
Paperwork handling
Fuel management
Compliance management
Any other relevant duties

HOURS OF WORK: 7am – 5pm or 8am – 6pm During training and then moving to or 4 on 4 off shift

HEALTH & Safety: No current issues to report on site

Skills Required

· Degree in business, logistics, analytical or economics related fields

· Outstanding initiative

· Demonstrate experience in the transport/logistics sector – desirable
