Previous experience within Transport or Distribution is preferred, however not essential as full training is provided.

Graduate Operator

  • Planning/routing
  • Driver debrief – excellent communication  required

Graduate Customer Service Executive

  • As part of a team you will be responsible for managing key accounts – mainly blue chip, global customers.
  • Communication internally and externally to update on client accounts
  • Provide daily KPI reporting
  • Monitoring in day performance through transport management software
  • Paperwork handling
  • Dealing with queries via e mail and over the telephone

Please note when you first start you may work 5 days a week and then be moved onto a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. Hours tend to be based around 7am – 5pm or 8am – 6pm with a 1hour break.

  • Degree in business, logistics, analytical or economics related fields
