About Our Client

Our client offers workshops and bespoke in house training programs for businesses who want to develop/improve the sales skills of their employees and maximise business opportunities. They also offer telemarketing services to a range of clients.


They understand that picking up that phone isn’t everyone’s cup of tea or they simply don’t have enough hours in the day to get it done, that’s why they offer a range of telemarketing services. Their primary focus is to provide, develop and lead bespoke telemarketing campaigns for companies.


These are some examples of typical telemarketing campaigns they can cover:

  • Following up calls after quotes have been sent

  • Lead generation from cold or warm data

  • Appointment booking

  • Market research through mystery shopping

  • Data cleansing

All of which are personally handled to ensure a seamless extension of their clients’ businesses.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To carry out telesales/telemarketing campaigns as per the client’s brief
  • To complete and update the client assignment spreadsheet during the timetable hours of work
  • To undertake any administration requests relating to the client’s campaigns
  • To forward the up to date client assignment spreadsheet at the agreed reporting time
  • To actively generate new business for the company Telemarketing Division using cold calling, referrals, and other sales and marketing activities as requested by the managing director
  • To attend sales appointments to promote the services of the company Training Division
  • To follow up leads of the division within 24hours
  • Complete the CRM system with all sales activity for the division
  • To provide telesales/telemarketing services for company Division
  • To attend networking events, exhibitions etc, as requested by the Managing Director
  • To achieve the targets and KPI’s for the client’s campaigns and those set by the Managing Director

Skills Required

  • Proven experience within an outbound telesales or telemarketing role within a business to business environment
  • Relevant degree
  • Can overcome objections and be tenacious but not pushy
  • A track record of achieving KPI’s and targets
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Can build strong relationships with customers
  • To be able to work on their own initiative
  • Self-motivated
  • To have an inquisitive mind and strive for self –improvement
  • Understand the importance of and have experience in working with CRM systems
  • Will be proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Will possess a professional and presentable manner
  • Ability to suggest/implement business improvements under the direction of the MD
