Roles & Responsibilities

This amazing role requires a bright, focused graduate who can work on both the back-end and front-end of systems.” Meaning that you can develop fully fledged platforms (with databases, servers and clients) which don’t need other applications to function. You will be using a range of different technologies and languages (such as Java, JavaScript, HTML) to develop applications.

We are looking for a Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

Duties include:

Participating in the design and creation of scalable software

  • Writing clean, functional code on the front- and back-end
  • Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues
  • Work with the team to ideate software solutions
  • Design client-side and server-side architecture
  • Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
  • Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
  • Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
  • Create security and data protection settings
  • Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
  • Write technical documentation

Skills Required

  • Educated to the degree level – Degree in computer science, computer programming, software programming, statistics, or a related field
  • Databases:  knowledge of SQL and RDBMS generally;
  • Web development: .NET stack, Javascript, HTML, CSS, MVC, API patterns (REST and GraphQL)
  • Object-oriented programming patterns, preferably with the .NET family of products
  • Positive, solutions orientated
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Have had COVID jabs or prepared to as part of company policy

HOURS OF WORK: 9:00-5:30pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch
