Roles & Responsibilities

This new graduate opportunity will provide an excellent start within this fast-paced professional sector, learning from grass roots up about the clients, candidates, processes and developing an exciting career. You will have the opportunity to move your career in a range of directions which could include HR, recruitment, Business development, account management. With support to study professional qualifications.

Key duties will involve the following

  • Resourcing and recruitment support on a range of campaigns based for clients in the UK and Europe
  • Sector, client and candidate research
  • Creating job specifications to match client requirements
  • Talent Pool building
  • Taking ownership of the new CRM system
  • Marketing; uploading copy onto the new website (job board and blog), Monster, social media platforms
  • First point of contact for clients/candidates
  • Producing formal documents
  • Client agreements; contracts, associate agreements
  • Keeping up to date with industry news and informing colleagues of QMI/new job opportunities with relevant clients
  • Attending client events locally and in London to get to know the clientele
  • Client Liaising – face to face and over e mail/phone

There will be an opportunity to travel to meet clients across Europe – Germany, France and Spain.

Skills Required

Relevant degree

  • Experience in business support or relevant industry experience – desirable
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to gain peoples’ confidence and put them at ease
  • Be patient, persistent and persuasive
  • Looking for progression with a business and interested in continuous personal development
  • Able to juggle several ongoing tasks during the working day and respond to urgent requests for support
  • Ability to work well in a small team, work confidently with minimal supervision and willingness to contribute ideas to team meetings
  • First class organisational and time management skills
  • A high standard of spoken and written English essential including the ability to communicate effectively and represent the company professionally on the telephone
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office suite; ability to use other software packages an advantage. Good internet research skills.
