Roles & Responsibilities
Our client is looking for an energetic and passionate individual with a hunger to learn and excel to actively engage audiences on behalf of their clients. You will adopt their TOV and use both paid and organic search and social channels to generate positive engagement and leads and support growth in both their audience and their business. This role is ideally suited to a motivated, enthusiastic and forward-thinking individual looking to be part of an incredible movement in Leicester.
Producing content in various mediums (images, written, animated, video) that resonates across platforms including such as social feeds, blogs and email newsletters
Using data to assess campaign performance and continually improve the effectiveness of your work
Introducing new and innovative ways to engage, stimulate and reward the current fanbase and attract new followers
Promoting reviews
Monitoring ‘#’s’, brand mentions and customer feedback, engaging with fan/follower posts and manage questions, feedback and any complaints
PPC, SEO and social media audits
Keyword, competitor and opportunity research
Optimising social profiles across all platforms to appear for key search terms
Optimising client websites to organically appear for key search terms
Making full use of available opportunities across Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google My Business
Supporting client ROI reports and presenting opportunities
Website authority growth, link acquisition, guest blogging and citation building, digital PR
Building, managing and optimising paid search and social ads campaigns
Taking ownership of and leading clients and their multi-channel digital marketing strategies, ensuring continued successes for KPIs

Skills Required
Be a self-starter who works well under pressure and is able to manage multiple tasks and your own time effectively to manage and meet tight deadlines
Have excellent attention to detail, organisational skills
Be a great communicator, written and verbal
Hold proven experience in creating effective organic and paid search and social campaigns with tangible results
Be able to write engaging content for website landing pages, blog posts and social media posts
Be able to use reporting tools to analyse all search and social activity and be confident in suggesting amendments
Be a strategic thinker who can uncover client opportunities and put plans and strategies in place to support clients in growing their business, seeing them through to the end
Be able to inspire a client and engage an audience
Understand best practices for paid and organic search and social advertising for lead generation
Be confident with running both B2B and B2C strategies
Be confident with tools such as Canva, Facebook Creative Hub, WordPress, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Google Ads, Analytics,
