Roles & Responsibilities

To provide project management to customers for the supply of packaging, display products and contract packing services for both new and existing customers. Offering their sales teams exceptional levels of communication and service relating to the management of projects.

  • Project management and customer service management of customers.
  • Maintaining and managing orders and deliveries
  • Preparation and sending of quotations
  • Answering the telephone regarding all customer facing activity.
  • Raising of appropriate documentation in relation to customer enquiries on MIS
  • Raising and placing of accurate works orders as per the customer’s documentation.
  • Raising and sending in appropriate format order acknowledgements.
  • Management of the flow of information regarding stock. Preparation of reports to be sent to both customers and internally in agreed timescales.
  • Collation of customer plans for contract packing projects sharing with the operations team the deadlines and targets in the formats agreed.
  • Communication and co-ordination of artworks and schedules relating to products and contract packing projects.
  • Notification of delivery quantities and change in requirements both internally and externally
  • Provide the Customer Service Manager with support relating to all customer related issues.

Skills Required

• Degree educated – relevant to the role
• Ability to demonstrate natural project management skills, who can keep calm and constructive in pressurised and demanding situations
• Customer friendly in approach and will to provide exceptional service.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to deliver to deadlines.
• High work ethic and self-motivated
• A good team player who is willing to help others.
• Proficient in using Microsoft office products.
• Ability to coordinate projects and communicate to both customers and the internal team.
• Ability to coordinate others in relation to customer activity
• Full driving licence and transport
• Lives within 30 minutes’ drive of Wetherby
