Roles & Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

You will be responsible for new client set-ups and queries and registering them for our online training programmes. As a vital point of contact post-sale, you will be developing relationships with clients, making sure they have been set up correctly and that any issues are highlighted and either dealt with there and then or escalated to the correct department to deal with. You will also be expected to work closely with the Customer Service Manager, IT department and Company Directors to ensure you are operating in line with the standards of the firm.

You will also be given various Office Administration duties including printing, binding, filing, note taking, ordering stationary and generally ensuring the office is running smoothly.

  • Setting up new clients
  • Ordering stationary / office supplies
  • Collecting post, scanning, shredding and archiving
  • Answering coaches’ questions about clients
  • Handling incoming client questions
  • Sending login permissions, extending access, checking access via the admin customer section of website
  • Handling incoming calls/emails re. client set up, workshop registration, training
  • days, website access etc.
  • Importing data to database
  • Office administration duties – as noted above.

Skills Required

  • Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
  • Hard-working and positive attitude
  • Good interpersonal and client relationship skills
  • Ability to operate in a lively and fast-paced environment
  • Time management, organisation, and planning skills
  • Previous experience in office-based customer support and administration would be considered an advantage
