Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is currently looking for two dynamic, charismatic, ambitious graduates to join our clients team, working with their base of blue chip clients. As part of the new business team (sales and marketing), they will provide you with the training and development you need to successfully navigate becoming a sales professional. In a real-life, challenging work setting, you will receive on and off the job training, mentoring and coaching, whilst making a recognisable contribution to the company growth plans.

Working as part of the sales and marketing team, you will develop a good understanding of the clients market. Develop your interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate effectively. This

will allow you to develop a clear view of the different areas of a world-leading business. You can expect to develop your career, be that Sales or Marketing, or maybe something different altogether.

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Develop new business via client visits, research and intelligent sales techniques
  • Maintain strengthen and develop key customer relationships.
  • To regularly visit customers at their premises to initiate and progress projects.
  • To manage the development of client projects from the customer through the relevant internal departments.
  • Working with internal departments to facilitate the approval process between the retailer and the client
  • Provide additional market support to the Management where required.

This is a focused role to support client’s customer’s needs, prompt decision making and having a proactive approach in relation to the management and development of customer projects. You need to be able to present information to clients on all levels, be proactive and be able to be present in board/marketing client meetings and contribute

Skills Required

You will be confident and ambitious, with a natural flair for building relationships at all levels of business and have outstanding communication skills.

  • 2:1 in any Degree discipline
  • Full UK Driving Licence is essential
  • Highly ambitious and driven
  • Right to work in the U.K. without Sponsorship
  • Proficient in M.S. Office programs
  • Committed to continuous personal development
  • Customer focused approach
  • Analytical and ability to handle complexity
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage with clients on all levels
  • Strong negotiation and project management skills
  • Happy to travel to visit client premises
