Previous experience within Client management, Customer Service, Transport or Distribution is preferred.

Generally graduates start in client focused roles with heavy emphasis on progression.

Initial duties will involve:

  • As part of a team you will be responsible for managing key accounts – mainly blue chip, global customers.
  • Communicating internally and externally to update on client accounts
  • Provide daily KPI reporting
  • Monitoring in day performance through transport management software
  • Paperwork handling
  • Dealing with queries via email and over the telephone
  • Any other relevant duties

Skills Required

  • Degree in business, logistics, analytical or economics related fields
  • Driving licence and transport
