Roles & Responsibilities

This firm is offering two exciting opportunities for Graduates with a genuine interest in the financial services sector to join and be supported through professional qualifications.

JOB TITLE: Graduate Client Relationship Executive – Financial Services

REPORTING TO: The Directors

Starting as an executive in this firm you will carry out the following duties while being committed to professional personal development.

  • To maintain strict confidentiality in relation to the work undertaken and ensure that all confidential material is stored according to policies and procedures.
  • Dealing with new business applications including obtaining initial quotations, checking and sending off application forms, monitoring and chasing all outstanding items, and issuing policy documentation on completion. Interacting with clients and managing process through.
  • Preparing client valuations gathering details of client holdings and updating database accordingly.
  • Build and maintain relationships through close communication (both verbal and written) with internal Consultants, insurance providers and clients.
  • Creating and maintaining client files and records.
  • Looking after clients when they visit the business.
  • Providing support to the Directors regarding all client files and work in progress
  • Working on set projects across the operation – as and when required
  • Maintain appropriate CPD.

  • The ability to provide support to the Directors

  • Have a methodical, ordered and structured approach to tasks.
