They make everything themselves, at their own family run factory in Northamptonshire with real chemists combining biodegradable ingredients to create simple, modern and effective Eco cleaning and laundry products. No dyes. No harsh chemicals. No single use plastic bottles. Less waste.
They have 100+ refill stockists in the UK from Scotland down to Cornwall – and they ship bulk in a closed loop to stores in Guernsey and Belfast too. They also have export stockists in Iceland, the Baltics and we are receiving interest from far and wide.
Our client is growing a new product line and are looking for a graduate to assist them. The role will be office based and includes a wide range of activities from customer service to business development and digital marketing coordinator duties. You may be required to visit clients (transport will be provided so DL not essential). As this project is growing extremely quickly, they hope to assist the successful candidate to progress and develop within 12 months to grow professionally and be able to manage people.
You will have a major responsibility in the engagement and satisfaction of all our customers and partners. You will be the experience-maker for our customers and have a real passion for finding ways to educate and improve communication and customer service – becoming the on-site champion for the company product at their HQ. Some responsibilities will include:
