About Our Client

Our client creates and produces a range of refillable Eco laundry and household cleaning products that look cool, work great and reduce packaging waste. Containers that we pick up and refill for zero waste closed loop solution.

They make everything themselves, at their own family run factory in Northamptonshire with real chemists combining biodegradable ingredients to create simple, modern and effective Eco cleaning and laundry products. No dyes. No harsh chemicals. No single use plastic bottles. Less waste.

They have 100+ refill stockists in the UK from Scotland down to Cornwall – and they ship bulk in a closed loop to stores in Guernsey and Belfast too. They also have export stockists in Iceland, the Baltics and we are receiving interest from far and wide.

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is growing a new product line and are looking for a graduate to assist them. The role will be office based and includes a wide range of activities from customer service to business development and digital marketing coordinator duties. You may be required to visit clients (transport will be provided so DL not essential). As this project is growing extremely quickly, they hope to assist the successful candidate to progress and develop within 12 months to grow professionally and be able to manage people.

You will have a major responsibility in the engagement and satisfaction of all our customers and partners. You will be the experience-maker for our customers and have a real passion for finding ways to educate and improve communication and customer service – becoming the on-site champion for the company product at their HQ. Some responsibilities will include:

  • provide highest level of customer service & support to new and existing customer accounts through sales support and key account management (retail, online & b2b customers)
  • ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing interaction & follow up
  • manage social media channels – including marketing campaigns, and responding to inbound inquiries
  • handle multiple priorities including customer inquiries, order changes, sample orders, product returns and product/stock shortage resolution
  • execute order-entry with high accuracy and follow through including solving problems in a professional, super friendly & timely manner.
  • understand how the business fits in as part of the worldwide movement to end single-use packaging and seek opportunities to develop the concept.
  • be an internal green team champion for sustainability best practice on site.


Skills Required

  • experience in customer service, support & with a great personality & loads of positivity
  • brilliant interpersonal skills, modern communication style & it savvy
  • works successfully in a small collegiate team but can demonstrate leadership & problem solving.
  • outstanding attention to detail & organisation when it gets chaotic.
  • proficient in Microsoft office, WooCommerce, WordPress & sage (or willing to learn) & all modern social channels
  • university degree or equivalent life experience
  • an interest in eco-responsible conscious brands & sustainability would be a serious advantage
  • great writing style & presentation skills
