Roles & Responsibilities

An exciting new role that combines data analysis, project management relating to large clients as well as the implementation of any new customer account. You will be meeting timelines and budgetary requirements. Coordinating and prioritising project tasks, maintaining project plans, establishing systems and communicating status to clients, project sponsors and senior management. Ultimately ensuring each client’s account is established and implemented within contractual obligations

JOB FUNCTION

The position of the Executive is a key appointment and involves

 

  • Working alongside the data analyst on data required for the operation including gather and verify the integrity of all required implementation data from clients.
  • Project management duties focusing on key accounts
  • Creation of presentations, utilising a rang of software to present information professionally.
  • Provide support to the sales team to meet the objectives.
  • Raise contractual documentation for clients.
  • Ensure that the mechanisms to generate management reports for agreed KPIs are put in place and that these are systematically produced, monitored, and delivered, with any performance shortfalls being promptly and effectively addressed.
  • Work with the team to develop and continually enhance the policies, systems and procedures necessary to effectively plan, monitor and record the implementation process and the day to day running of an outsourced account.
  • Liaise with staff in all departments to ensure that all necessary implementation action requirements are advised in good time together with respective completion timelines.
  • Daily appreciation of marketing and resolution activities, assisting when required.

Skills Required

  • Degree educated in a relevant discipline
  • Proven data analysis experience/skillset
  • Proven project management experience/skillset
  • Commercially aware
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability and experience of creating presentations
  • Must have the confidence to work closely with Directors, Senior Managers and team members of clients, supply partners and the team in a sensitive and consultative manner.
  • IT literate, with recent and comprehensive experience of Excel and Word, along with the drive and ability to learn new product platform and software features is absolutely critical.
  • The desire to undertake continuous professional development.
  • An enthusiastic team player with the ability to work independently.
