The company understands the importance of management information in keeping business both efficient and compliant. The interoperability of their modules enables customers to drive improvements across business units. For example, to initiate learning needs based on root cause analysis from complaints; to ensure that performance reviews are based on factual MI and that corrective action can be initiated and tracked; or to identify potential vulnerabilities and to automate intelligent file checking to mitigate risk.
Our client is expanding and they are looking for a Cyber Security Engineer to join their IT Infrastructure Team. The company provide leading financial institutions with workflow products that help manage their regulatory requirements, training & competency and customer care. They are a small company of around 60 employees but with household name banking and financial services clients. Their services are in demand as banks outsource more of their IT and come under more compliance pressure from the industry regulators.

HOURS OF WORK: 9.00 – 5.30 Monday to Friday
HOLIDAY: 26 Days Holiday plus Bank holidays
RECRUITMENT & ONBOARDING PROCESS:
The Office is open, and as such we expect colleagues to attend the office at least twice a week. It might be more depending on workload requirements. New candidates might be required to attend the office more to work with the team and learn the systems etc.
