About Our Client

Our client deals with insurance property damage claims including damage to Crown Property and the highway.  Other claims relate to damage to commercial and domestic property where technical expertise is required.

Roles & Responsibilities

An exciting new opportunity for a bright, driven professional to join the Highways Team in a role vital to the business.

The role involves analysing claims presented by Highways England or their contractors.

As part of this role you will ensure all data is correct, analyse details and be able too advise others on solutions, establishing all technical information and producing reports for claims prior to works being carried out on behalf of clients.

You will need to be IT literate and quick to learn new systems.

 This role will be office based but could require some site visits across the UK to extract information and check damage including structural damage.

You will work with other team members in the business to provide information and assist with any technical matters as directed.

The position will offer the successful candidate an interesting, challenging and varied workload as well as allowing them to develop professionally in their chosen field.

Support will be given to study professional qualifications.

Skills Required

  • Civil engineering/QS degree
  • Extensive Proven Highways experience
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Ability to communicate on all levels
  • Full driving licence and transport
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communicator
  • IT literate
  • Lives within 30 miles of Northampton
