PURPOSE OF ROLE:

This is a challenging role which requires you to build the marketing department by carrying out day-to-day tasks and relying heavily on computer knowledge with the ability to multi-task.   You will be responsible for promoting and driving the Company products and services forward whilst acting as a go-between to facilitate inter-departmental communication to meet the demands of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Build strong and positive relationships with customer database and face to face

·         Build and document knowledge about the customer business and technical setup on an as and when basis

·         Organise market research

·         Write press releases

·         Arrange promotional events

·         Assess the results of a marketing campaign

·         Write reports and analysing data

·         Assist to drive online traffic with web-related campaigns

·         Write online content and publishing social media updates

·         Communicating with clients

·         Liaison with our Global Manufacturer

·         Produce and maintain a marketing plan

·         Plan events/ Press releases

·         Write and update our .com website

·         To carry out all work practices in line with company health and safety policy

·         To meet and exceed customer expectations whilst maintaining profitability

·         To contribute to overall success of the business through teamwork and good communication within the company

·         To provide excellent customer service

·         Any other duties as deemed necessary to fulfil the role

SALARY: £20,000-£25,000

 

HOLIDAY: 22 days + 8 bank holidays + 1 additional day accrued after 5 years completed service
